Hi, I’m Samantha Skaggs, and I’m so excited to have you stop by! I live in north Texas with my hubby and three kids (that’s right…there are five hearts that make up our home!?). You may already know me through my food blog, Five Heart Home, which I started in 2013 as a place to share quick and easy, family-friendly, real food recipes.
But I’ve also had another big project consuming my time over these past few years…planning and designing (and now completing and decorating) our custom-built dream home! Through that process, I decided that I wanted a place to share everything we’ve learned, in hopes of helping others who may be working on their own dream homes.?
So why not expand my already-existing business and brand with a second website? This new creative venture is a little bit out of my comfort zone, but I can’t wait to see where it leads. And I’m thrilled to have you joining me for the ride!
